Our Story

MicrowiseAI started from a simple frustration: AI coding tools like Claude Code are incredibly powerful, but using them effectively is surprisingly hard.

Managing multiple sessions becomes chaos. Context gets lost. Repositories grow unmanageable. The tools that were supposed to make us more productive often slow us down.

So we started building solutions. First for ourselves, then for others facing the same challenges.

Build What We Need

Every tool we create solves a problem we face ourselves. No speculative features.

Open Source First

Developer tools should be built in the open. Our core projects are all open source.

Simple Over Clever

We prefer straightforward solutions that work over complex architectures that impress.

AI-Native Thinking

Not adapting old tools for AI. Reimagining how development should work from first principles.

What's Next

We're just getting started. Our current tools - GitDot for repository organization and Claude Session Tools for session management - are the foundation.
